Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2 PM CST, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders through UPS for reliable, insured delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and location.
U.S. Shipping Options:
- UPS Ground – 3–5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver.
Rates and delivery estimates will appear at checkout based on destination.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping on all orders $800 USD and over (U.S. only).
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the UPS system.

Delivery Notes
- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by UPS.
- Any delivery issues must be reported directly to UPS with your tracking number.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for quick delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. Select Extensions is not responsible for UPS delays once the package has left our facility.
