Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or correct your order.

Color Matching Guarantee
Your complimentary swatch ring (included with your first purchase when you join The Select Club) ensures accurate color matching before future orders. We encourage using it before placing additional orders.

Exchanges
We allow exchanges for unopened products within 7–10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
